Build-A-Bear is now at Badge & Sash!

Girl Scouts big and small can now build a bear as unique as they are, right in our Mableton store. They’ll have the opportunity to pick their bear and stuff it with the help of our staff, including Build-A-Bear’s iconic Heart Ceremony. Then girls will choose from vests and sashes with matching troop numbers, outfits, cookie merchandise, accessories, sounds and more!

Girls can enjoy this as an activity on their own, with their troop or even have it be part of a special celebration, like a birthday or bridging!

Build-A-Bear Party

The Build-A-Bear Party gives each Girl Scout a hands-on stuffed animal experience, including selecting a furry friend, participating in a heart ceremony, and taking home a completed bear.

In honor of Juliette Gordon Low’s birthday month, we’re giving you another reason to celebrate!

Book your Build-A-Bear Party between October 1–31, 2026, and receive 25% off your party booking. Your party can take place at a later date — the only requirement is that your party is booked during October!

Basic Package – $35 per participant: Includes one furry friend (value up to $24), one t-shirt*, one bear carrier, Girl Scout Heart Ceremony, and one fun patch.
Premium Package – $55 per participant: Includes one furry friend (value up to $28), one clothing item, one footwear or one accessory** item, one bear carrier, Girl Scout Heart Ceremony, and one fun patch.
Rep Your Council Package – $60 per participant: Includes one Girl Scouts Bear, one GSGATL Tee, one bottom, one Girl Scout vest or Girl Scout accessory, one bear carrier, Girl Scout Heart Ceremony, and one fun patch.
Deluxe Package – $66 per participant: Includes one furry friend (value up to $32), one clothing item, one accessory**, one footwear item, one scent or sound, one bear carrier, Girl Scout Heart Ceremony, and one fun patch.

*GSGATL tee not included (additional $5)

**Surfboard, Fairy Wings and Fairy Wand are not included

FAQ

Q: How much does it cost to build a bear?
A: Bears begin at $25. Accessories and sounds are an additional cost.

Q: Can I build a bear without an appointment?
A: At this time, we are asking that all guests make an appointment using the form above to Build-A-Bear.

Q: Will Badge & Sash provide party supplies?
A: Troops will be responsible for providing party supplies.

Q: Can I bring a cake or food or additional party supplies?
A: Yes, you may bring any items that would make the party a fun experience for your troop.

Q: Can I reserve a room at the Mableton Service Center for a party?
A: Yes, please contact Helen James at hjames@gsgatl.org to schedule. Parties should occur during store hours.
