Agreement To Official Rules
By entering this contest, you agree to these official rules and you agree that Girl Scouts has sole authority to make all decisions regarding this contest. Girl Scouts may delegate operation of this contest to a third party. Contest void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
Eligibility
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident in the United States. Employees of Girl Scouts, its affiliates, its employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Only one entry allowed per person. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Promotion Period
Begins September 9, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time and ends December 3, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
How to Enter
Text Entry: During the Promotion Period, text “Cookies” to 770-470-2625 and follow the prompts. You will receive a confirmation message. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or opt-out.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) by Mail: Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email on a 3"×5" card and mail in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be received by December 3, 2025. Limit one entry per envelope.
All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.
Entry Limits
Limit 1 total entry per person and per mobile number during the Promotion Period, regardless of method. Entries exceeding the limit will be void.
Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
Grand Prize: A “Year Supply of Girl Scout Cookies,” defined as 52 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies®. ARV: $312 (52 × $6). Number of prizes: 1. Varieties subject to availability. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees. If required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099.
Winner Selection and Odds
On or about December 4, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winner will be notified by SMS to the number used for entry and must respond within 3 days with any requested information/affidavits/releases. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, is ineligible, or fails to complete required documents, prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected.
Publicity
Where lawful, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules and to cancel/suspend/modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or incomplete entries, or for any technical/network/platform issues.
Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Disputes; Governing Law
Except where prohibited, you agree that: (1) any dispute or claim related to this contest be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in arbitration conducted in Atlanta, Georgia under the rules of American Arbitration Association; (2) our liability shall be limited to the approximate retail value of the prizes, and (3) under no circumstances will you obtain an award for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages other than your direct out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with laws of the State of Georgia.
Privacy
Personal data collected for this Sweepstakes is used to administer the promotion, confirm entries, communicate with potential winners, fulfill prizes, and comply with legal obligations. Social Media
While winners may be announced on Sponsor’s social media channels, this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social platform. You release such platforms from any liability related to this Sweepstakes. You agree to Sponsor’s and the platforms’ terms of use.
