Family Jubilee is a unique opportunity to get the whole family to experience Camp Misty Mountain! We are excited to offer this festival-style camping event for the whole family. Family Jubilee will accept registrations from men, women, girls, and boys. Of course, you can attend as a “Dad and Daughter or Mom and me” duo for this weekend as well. Choose to camp in your own tent, or reserve a room in a cabin, a platform tent for your family, or a screened-in cabin (for an additional fee).
Fire rings, shelters, water spigots, picnic tables, pit latrines, and showers are also available. Bring your own traditional camping equipment (portable grill/smoker, propane stove), or go old school and build a campfire in our fire rings or your portable firepit brought from home to make your meals. You can purchase firewood and ice from our trading post. Our traditional all-you-can-eat Breakfast Buffet will be available on Sunday morning for an additional $15 per person (pre-registration required).
Activities for the weekend include general arts and crafts, screen printing, tie-dye, nature hiking, fishing, leather crafting, target sports, and canoeing at no additional cost. You can also sign up to participate in equestrian activities for an additional cost (see details below).
Girl Scouts and their dads, uncles, grandfathers, or the special men in their lives will enjoy primitive camping “festival style” in your own tent or camper or reserve a platform tent or screened-in cabin for your family group. - Reserve a cabin for your family by calling 770-702-9140 starting June 26 at 9 a.m. Space for troops is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
Mountain Jubilee weekends are limited to Girl Scouts and the male father figure in their life. Please see our Family Jubilee dates to bring your whole family.

Cabins are limited to family members.
14 cabin/room units are available for the weekend with 4-12 beds in each cabin. Kitchen areas are shared between 2-4 families using the cabins in the unit. You are also welcome to bring a grill or camp stove for food prep. There is a shared family room and a shower/bathroom with multiple stalls.
Mountain Jubilee Troop Cabin
PRICE: $380, for a group of 16–28 people plus the per person registration fee
How to reserve: one person from the troop Call 770-702-9103 starting 9 a.m. June 26 to reserve a cabin until they fill up.
Three cabin units are available for each weekend, which have a complete kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc.), a family room, and a shower/bathroom with multiple stalls.
Bunkhouse Cabin
PRICE: $25 per person
How to reserve: During the online event registration
The fourth cabin unit will be dedicated to individual dad and daughter pairs. Dads will use the bunkroom on one side and daughters will be on the opposite side. A family room and kitchen separate the bunkrooms. There are two bathrooms with the smaller one being dedicated to dads. Max 24 people.
Screened In Cabin
Magnolia View A (capacity 12 people)
Magnolia View B (capacity 8 people per cabin with five screened-in cabins available)
Price: $18.00 per person
Magnolia View is our new screened-in cabin unit. There are 6 cabins. Magnolia View A has one cabin that sleeps 10, Magnolia View B has 5 cabins with 4 bunk beds in each that sleep 8 people. While they have electricity, they do not have heat or air conditioning. This option has more shelter than a platform tent but less than a cabin. You will have access to a shared shower/bathroom with multiple stalls.
Hill Top (capacity 8 people per cabin with 3 partially screened cabins available)
Price: $18.00 per person
There are 3 cabins that sleep 8 people with 4 bunk beds in each cabin. There is no electricity, heat, or air conditioning in the cabins. You will have access to a shared shower house.
Platform Tents
Price: $15.00 per person

Platform tents in Pasture Ridge and Sweet Gum Hollow units are large walled canvas tents with wooden floors and four cots with mattresses. There are 10 platform tents within our two units. Each tent will hold 4 people.
Bring Your Own Tent or Camper

How to Reserve: During the online event registration
Three open fields are dedicated to guests who want to bring their own tent or camper. Choose where you want to stay when you arrive at camp:
Pear Tree Pasture: A smaller pasture near Canoe beach and the archery range. This is a very popular location and just a short bike ride or walk away from activities.
Open Pasture: The largest of the three fields where most of our campers' pitch tents.
Lower Pasture: Reserved for our larger RV’s and anyone with a generator. This space is next to Farmhouse and the farthest from the camp activities area.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not a campground and do not have power, water, or sewer hookups for RV’s. Small campers, such as pop-ups and pick-up trucks, are allowed in the lower pasture. If you have a large recreation vehicle or any vehicle with a generator, you will be restricted to Lower Pasture. There are specific time frames for generator use. You may not pitch a tent in a cabin or platform tent unit.
Family Jubilee and Mountain Jubilee Sunday Breakfast (pre-registration required)
Price: $15 per person (child and adult)
Want to make your Sunday morning a little more mellow? This is an all-you-care-to-eat breakfast available to those who sign up.
Extra Craft Materials (no pre-registration required)
Price: $5 - $10 per project
We will provide craft materials to you upon check-in. If you need or would like, more craft supplies, they will be available for purchase on-site. We will have white shirts, glass jars, leather pieces, and Ugly Mugs available for purchase.
Horseback riding is a very popular activity and to accommodate as many folks as possible we will have multiple sessions available all day on Saturday. All participants must wear long pants and shoes/boots with a 1/2" heel. Helmets are provided and are disinfected in between each use, boots are not provided.
Groom-A-Pony (K - 12th grade)
PRICE: $15 per child
This program is designed for girls who want to spend some time
around our equine friends but may not want to ride them. You will get
a lesson on how and why we groom our horses. As well as time for
asking horse questions you have and getting answers from one of our
Camp Misty Mountain full-time equine professionals.
Adult-Led Pony Ride (K - 12th grade)
PRICE: $35 per child
Daisy and Brownie Girl Scouts and siblings in grades K-5 will
love having their parent or accompanying adult lead them, assisted by
staff instructors, for a “mini-lesson” in the arena. Participants will
be on the lead line.
Arena Ride (4th - 12th grades)
PRICE: $35 per person
Junior Girl Scouts and up can ride around the arena learning
how to start, stop, and control their pony. This is for children not
yet ready for a horseback riding trail ride but ready to be off a lead line.
Horseback Riding Trail Ride (6th - 12th grade and Adults)
PRICE: $35 per person
Dads and daughters or families will have the chance to ride
together! Participants will participate in a ~45-minute trail ride and
get to experience the magic and beauty that is Camp Misty Mountain
from a new perspective! Due to the mixed abilities in riding groups,
all rides will be at the walk only. Parents are not required to
participate. To protect the health and safety of our participants and
horses, the maximum weight limit for participants is 250 lbs.
Registration is PER PERSON. Be sure to register each child and adult
who would like to ride.

Serendipity is back! We are so excited to welcome this amazing event back, with new and exciting activities offered this year. We are going to be offering sustainable crafts: sewing your own reusable bowl covers, making wax paper, creating your own paper, dip candles, and more! We will also be learning about the natural flora and fauna of Georgia through guided hikes and interactive activities. This will be a more relaxed weekend, where you can choose what activities you would like to do. We can’t wait to have you join us for a weekend of discovery and fun!
Whether you decide to take it easy or take advantage of all the provided activities, it will be a meaningful time for you and your special Girl Scout! There will be a variety of self-guided activities as well as Camp Staff lead activities (examples: archery, arts and crafts, hikes, outdoor cooking and more!)
Cabin Camping
PRICE: Additional $20 per person
Every cabin has bunk beds with twin mattresses, heat/AC, and electricity and have a capacity of sixteen or twenty people. Cabins are located close to a central bathhouse with hot water, showers, and flushing toilets. You will be housed with up to 2 other families. Bathroom and shower facilities will be separated by gender. If you are a Mine and Me pair or troop for the weekend you will be housed with other Mine and Me pairs in your cabin. Cabin space is limited.
Bring Your Own Tents
PRICE: Registration fee with no additional charge
A relatively flat field in Pine Valley Village has been designated for those who wish to bring their own tent. This area has access to a nearby bathhouse with hot water, showers, flushing toilets, fire circles, and running water. Pine Valley is an incredible area on camp many don’t get to enjoy!

Horseback riding is a very popular activity and to accommodate as many folks as possible we will have multiple sessions available all day on Saturday. All participants must wear long pants and shoes/boots with a 1/2" heel. Helmets are provided and are disinfected in between each use, and limited number of boots are available if needed. The price is in addition to the general fee for the event. .
Groom-A-Pony (Grades K - 12th grade)
PRICE: $15 per child
This program is designed for Girl Scouts and their siblings to spend some time around our equine friends but may not want to ride them. You will get a lesson on how and why we groom our horses. As well as time for asking horse questions you have and getting answers from one of our Camp Meriwether full-time equine professionals.
**This program is specifically designed for Daisies and Brownies first starting to come to camp and those who may not be used to being around our equine friends but want to get introduced to our wonderful and gentle camp horses without any of the pressure of having to ride one.

Groom a Pony with a Pony Ride (Grades 2nd – 5th)
PRICE: $35 per child
This program is designed for girls who want to spend some time around our equine friends and have a short unique pony ride. You will get a lesson on how and why we groom our horses. As well as time for asking horse questions you have and getting answers from one of our Camp Meriwether full-time equine professionals. You will spend half the time grooming a horse and the other half riding and being led by an amazing adult!
**Adults accompanying youth members will need to assist by leading the horse for them. Staff will be sure that you are comfortable before sending you around the arena.
Maximum Participants: 45
Arena Ride (Grades 4th - 12th grades)
PRICE: $35 per child
Junior Girl Scouts and up will learn how to start, steer, and stop their horse. Each group will go over barn rules, get suited up for their ride, and learn how to control their horses in an arena. This activity is one hour. Note: The group will participate in the groundwork before the horseback riding portion of this program.
