Free membership for girls in grades K–12 and qualifying adults.
- Peach State Health Plan
Free membership for girls in grades K–12, plus a $15 voucher to the Badge & Sash retail store.
To apply, use the Girl Membership Financial Assistance Form and select your insurance provider when prompted. Adults with CareSource can also apply using the adult form.
