Spend your day exploring stories, courage, and the power of believing in yourself at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
Girl Scouts and their families are invited to a special storytime featuring Jai Ferrell, CEO of Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and author of Lola the Butterfly. Through Lola’s journey to find her wings, young readers will explore themes of courage, patience, growth, and resilience.
Storytime sessions will take place at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Families can also explore Change Agent Adventure: Children’s Gallery, an interactive space where children ages 12 and younger can play, create, build confidence, and discover their own ability to make a difference.
This event is hosted by the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and is open to the public. Visit the Center’s website for museum admission information and advance registration.
Girl Scout members get 20% off ticket prices with code GIRLSCOUTS20.
