Come enjoy a weekend of fun at Camp Meriwether with your special female parent/guardian! We’ll do general camp activities like archery, arts and crafts, hiking, and canoeing. Come prepared for fun and friendship while learning about traditional Girl Scout outdoor skills! You’ll sing camp songs, go on a hike, learn to read trail signs, cook over a campfire, practice your tent pitching skills, and learn about the history of various Girl Scout traditions!
Girl Scout Level: Brownies, Juniors, and Cadettes (Grades
2-8)
Badge Connection: Brownie Cabin Camper,
Junior Camper, and Cadette Primitive Camper
Girl Fee: $130 Adult Fee: $90
Fee Includes: Activities, 4 meals (3 on Saturday, 1 on
Sunday), all supplies for staff-led and self-guided programs,
staffing for activities, cabin housing for the weekend.
Adult training required: This is a parent/Girl Scout
event. We do not require background checks on all adults attending.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and care of
their Girl Scout. Please plan to supervise your child as you would
in any other public situation (such as at an amusement park or
public campground).
Payment Schedule: A 25% deposit of event fees is due at the time of registration. Payments must be made in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Late payments risk cancellation. Auto pay option available at checkout.
Financial Assistance: In order to remove financial barriers to participation in Girl Scouts, limited funds are available to cover some expenses. This application covers financial assistance requests for program events.
