Are you ready to shine, share, and create?
Miss Media is an exciting eight-month leadership experience for Junior–Ambassador Girl Scouts across Greater Atlanta who want to explore the fast-paced world of media while building confidence, creativity, and communication skills.
As a Miss Media Girl Scout, you’ll:

Develop writing, public speaking, photography, and digital storytelling skills

Interview with TV, radio, and print media
-
Star in Girl Scout commercials, videos, and print features
-
Create original videos, articles, and photo content
-
Speak at council and community events
-
Explore careers in media, journalism, marketing, and production in one of the nation’s top media markets
This program is perfect for girls who love being creative, staying informed, sharing their voice, and representing Girl Scouts in a bold and positive way.
Expectations include:

Attending team meetings and media trainings

Being flexible and available for major Girl Scout events

Submitting at least one piece of media coverage during the year (written, video, or photography)

Writing a reflection essay at the end of the program

Representing Girl Scouts confidently and appropriately
