Join us for a magical afternoon with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra as Mo Willems’ beloved story Because comes to life through music. This heartwarming performance follows by a single event: a young girl's uncle gets sick, and she uses his ticket to a symphony concert, sparking a lifelong passion for music that inspires her journey of curiosity, persistence, and creativity, and leads her to become a composer and conductor. The story traces a chain of "becauses," showing how one person's inspiration can lead to another's, connecting historical figures like Beethoven and Franz Liszt to the girl's own journey to the center stage.
Girl Scouts and their families are invited to experience this moving tale together, enjoy an unforgettable orchestral performance, and celebrate the power of the arts to spark big dreams. It is the perfect outing for troops looking to explore music, storytelling, and the courage it takes to follow your passions.
Please note that you will have to log into your Ticketmaster account before being able to access the exclusive Girl Scout ticket page. Make sure to use promo code SCOUT at checkout.
