Children's Museum of Atlanta - Craft and Tinker Workshop

Program Details: Discover, create, and explore with a hands-on STEM workshop designed just for Girl Scouts! Tickets include a 45–60 minute educator-led, badge aligned workshop and 2 hours of Museum playtime!

In Craft and Tinker, scouts will discover how inventors and engineers use imagination, problem-solving, and perseverance to design, test, and improve their ideas! Then, scouts will put the engineering design process into action as they create and prototype an original toy of their own.

Pricing:

Scouts: $27.95 +tax

Adults: $17.95 +tax

Caregiver Information:

This is a family-style program and is not a drop-off event. Each Scout must attend with a registered adult who is responsible for their supervision at all times while visiting the Museum. During the workshop, our educators will lead the activities while caregivers provide light support as needed, allowing Scouts to take the lead in their learning.

Only registered Scout participants may take part in the workshop activities. Siblings are welcome to visit the Museum with a general admission ticket but may not participate in the workshop. Caregivers are responsible for supervising all children in their party throughout their visit and should plan accordingly if attending with siblings.

Parking Information:

The recommended parking lot for the Museum can be found at 236 Williams Street, one block from the Museum. For the best price, pre-purchase your parking in advance via our website. Parking at 236 Williams Street is independently owned and not operated by Children's Museum of Atlanta.
