Volunteers make anything possible, and together we are unstoppable! Join us for a day-long training event for Service Unit Volunteers. You’ll learn more about the ins and outs of being a service unit volunteer, hear from council experts who will help set you up for success in your role, network with fellow volunteers, and more.
This event will also include the Volunteer Awards Luncheon and the Annual Meeting. During the Volunteer Awards Luncheon, we will honor volunteers nominated by their peers and approved by the council for a Girl Scout Adult Award.
Registration is open from April 15 – May 15, 2025.

Volunteer Awards Luncheon, the cost to attend the training and/or
luncheon is covered by the Greater Atlanta Council.
Girl Scout Photos Wanted!
When you register, you’ll have
the option to upload your favorite Girl Scout photo to be included in
the slideshow during the luncheon. It could be a picture of you as a
girl, as a volunteer, or a group photo—whatever brings back great memories!
Let's SWAP!
SWAPS are a beloved Girl Scout tradition
where members exchange small keepsakes that share something about
themselves or their group. Let’s have some fun at the conference this
year—bring as many SWAPS as you’d like and wear your collection
proudly so everyone can see it!
For our volunteers to get the most out of their time with us, we ask that only registered attendees come to this event. Please do not bring additional guests or children.
