Join us for this Older Girl Scout exclusive wellness event featuring a mental health workshop + goat yoga! Mental health and self-care are so important to our quality of life, and we want you to have the tools, aids, and strategies to better support yourself and others.

This event will focus on personal crisis management: learning how to identify when you or someone you know may be experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis and where/how to find support.

Also, did we mention there would be goats?

Session 1 Schedule:

Check-In: 3:00pm

Mental Health Workshop: 3:30pm - 4:25pm

Goat Yoga Session: 4:30pm - 5:20pm

Reflection Time/Explore the Farm: 5:30pm - 6pm

Session 2 Schedule:

Check-In: 4:00pm

Mental Health Workshop: 4:30pm - 5:25pm

Goat Yoga Session: 5:30pm - 6:20pm

Reflection Time/Explore the Farm: 6:30pm - 7pm

We send a special thanks to Dr. Nakoasha “Nikki” Graham, PharmD., MPH.

Dr. Graham is a Public Health Practitioner, Medical Science Liaison, and Clinical Pharmacist, but most importantly a dedicated advocate for health equity. As an expert in community outreach and community health, she has more than a decade of experience in developing community-centered programs focusing on educating youth and adults about HIV, mental health, and overcoming obstacles. Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Graham has always been passionate about mentoring youth and giving back to her community. She believes equipping youth with the knowledge and resources they need to take charge of their mental and physical well-being early is the true key to long-term success.

Event Fees:

Girl Scout Fee: $45

Participating Adult Fee: $45

Non-Participating Adult Fee: $10 (includes entry to workshop only, no early bird discount available)

Non-Girl Scout Guest Fee: $100 (Guest MUST be a 6th-12th grade girl. Fee includes 2025 & 2026 Girl Scout membership.)
