April is Volunteer Appreciation Month – Join us in recognizing our incredible volunteers by helping your Girl Scouts celebrate those who make their troop adventures unforgettable!
Sharing a personal note of thanks is a great way for Girl Scouts to let their troop leaders know how much they appreciate all the care and dedication given throughout the year to make their Girl Scout experience an amazing one.
From March 28 through April 10, parents & caregivers can request a card making kit for their Girl Scouts to prepare a special message for their troop leaders. Kits include cards, envelopes, decorations and a fun patch. One kit per girl, and each girl must be registered individually to receive a kit. No bulk requests will be accepted. Kits will be sent out by the second week in April, so Girl Scouts will have them in time to join in the Volunteer Appreciation Month celebrations!
This activity is self-guided and is best suited for Daisy, Brownie and Junior Girl Scouts. Kits are available for members of Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Council only.
