Calling all Girl Scouts! We’re inviting you to join us as members of our Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Honor Guard. The purpose of the Girl Scout Honor Guard is to promote a continual understanding and respect for the American flag, Georgia State Flag, the Girl Scout Flag, and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) flag. Members of the Honor Guard for the Council will be invited to participate in our official ceremonies and special programs. These may include: The Gold Award Ceremony, Annual Meeting, Second Century Luncheon, and Day at the Capitol.

You can participate in three ways:

I want to participate as an individual and would love to be a representative at Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta official events!
I want to participate as a troop member and would love to lead the flag ceremony for my troop.
I want to participate as a member of my Service Unit, representing the Service Unit as need (with Service Unit approval.

We'll hold bi-annual trainings to welcome new members.
