Mental and Physical Health is an aspect of life that is becoming more important in the world we operate in. More and more research is showing that the health of the mind and body are incredibly dependent on one another.

Join us at Camp Meriwether for a Weekend Wellness Retreat! This event will have many workshops and resources related to self-care for both the mind and the body. Some of these will be led by local wellness professionals.

Activities like yoga, spa science, guided journaling, discussion circles, and guided relaxation spaces will be the focal point at this event.
