Green Tie Guys have begun stepping up for girls in our community
Date: Sat Feb 04, 9:30 AM EST - Sat Feb 04, 3:30 PM EST
Love writing?! Want to learn new storytelling tricks and meet other teen writers?
Join the GSGATL’s own Lime Green Giraffe magazine for a writing workshop, where you will learn the “Write Stuff” from professional writers. Our fun writing activities will help you sharpen your creative skills while getting to know other girls who love to write! The workshop will be in two two-hour segments with a break for lunch and optional hang out time.
This ticket is to participate in person at the GSGATL office in Mableton, Georgia. You must be a current member of the Lime Green Giraffe to attend in person.
You will need to bring your lunch & snack as well as supplies to engage in the activites. This is a hybrid pilot - please also bring a computer or tablet and headphones so if needed you can join the event Zoom as an individual.
The in person event will use video presentations and audio as well as small group activities. All in person participants will need to bring their own snack and lunch as well as supplies to complete workshop activities.
The Lime Green Giraffe is committed to a welcoming, accessible experience. If you need accommodations or accessibility tools to join and fully participate in our Writer's Event, please specify your request in the registration questionnaire.
Please note, advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs. Please register at least seven days prior to the start of this event. If you have additional questions or requests, please email limegreenatl@gmail.com
