The Older Girl Advisory Board (OGAB) is an initiative created by Gold Award Girl Scout Alum, Randi Parks, to amplify older girl voices, while naming and addressing diversity, equity, inclusion, and access (DEIA) issues within the Greater Atlanta community.
OGAB is the premier leadership opportunity for older Girl Scouts to share their voices with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta council and beyond. Members commit to a 1-year term from August to May, and will have opportunities to plan programing, learn more about DEIA topics from community experts, and impact the older girl experience by collaborating with key Girl Scouts staff.
