Bring the whole Girl Scout Family out for the day to enjoy our Camp Meriwether's 20th Year anniversary celebration.

Camp will host several of our traditional camptivities such as archery, canoeing, new crafts and eco-science education segments.

Equestrian - Groom-a-Pony (grades K-12th)

PRICE: $15 per child

This program is designed for Girl Scouts who want to spend some time around our equine friends but may not want to ride them. You will get a lesson on how and why we groom our horses. As well as time for asking horse questions you have and getting answers from one of our Camp Meriwether full-time equine professionals.
**This program is specifically designed for Daisies first starting to come to camp and those who may not be used to being around our equine friends but want to get introduced to our wonderful and gentle camp horses without any of the pressure of having to ride one.
Maximum Participants: 30 per time slot

Equestrian - Groom-a-Pony with Pony Ride (grades 2nd-12th)

PRICE: $35 per child

This program is designed for Girl Scouts who want to spend some time around our equine friends and have a short unique pony ride. You will get a lesson on how and why we groom our horses. As well as time for asking horse questions you have and getting answers from one of our Camp Meriwether full-time equine professionals.
**Adults accompanying youth members will need to assist by leading the horse for them. Staff will be sure that you are comfortable before sending you around the arena.
Maximum Participants: 16 per time slot

Equestrian - Arena Ride (grades 6-12th)

PRICE: $35 per rider (child)

This program is designed for Girl Scouts and siblings who have ridden only on the lead line or who have taken less than 5 lessons and are still building confidence in controlling the horse independently.

Participants will ride in smaller groups of 5-10 so that we can provide more detailed instruction to each other.
**This program block may occur on the Sunday morning of the event.
Maximum Participants: 10 riders per time slot
