This class is divided into three major sections. The first session will introduce you to several advanced cooking methods as well as the devices that support that type of cooking. Many of the methods support minimum impact cooking. These methods will be different from those you learned in the “Outdoor Cooking” class. The second session is a building session where you will make a few items to take home and use with your girls. Lastly, you will as a group cook a meal using the different methods and learn more about the safety issues associated with handling these devices.
