Ways to Volunteer

Be the troop leader that supports her every week—the one that watches her smile get bigger as she grows more confident. Mentor a Girl Scout Cookie Professional during cookie season so she can earn enough to reach the goals she and her troop set.

Volunteering with a troop is full of endless possibilities and is adaptable to fit into your life. You and your co-leader can set your own schedule and organize activities according to your expertise and the troop’s interests. Plus, we provide tons of training along your journey to help you and your troop grow and shine. Working in any of these roles is a great way to introduce yourself to the Girl Scout world while mentoring girls in the local community.

Are you friendly, outgoing, organized, and passionate about helping girls shine with their brightest light? Then these are the volunteer opportunities for you!

When you become a Girl Scout volunteer, you become an official adult member of Girl Scouts! The cost for the entire membership year is only $25. It will only take a few minutes to register and start your adventure!

Whether you can give a few hours, a few weeks, or a few months, volunteering with Girl Scouts is flexible and fun.
