Camp Meriwether

Camp Meriwether is located in Luthersville, GA (50 miles southwest of Metro Atlanta) and was established in 2001. There are 270 acres of rolling hills, shady woods, and open fields. Our property features two lakes, multiple hiking trails, and an immersive equestrian program specializing in English riding. There is never a shortage of events and there are troop and Juliette options year-round. We have a remarkable camp and a place that captures the truly unique feeling of “home” for both campers and staff. We encourage troops and families to come see our beautiful property and experience their 30 seconds of Courage at Camp Meriwether today!

Housing: 8 climate controlled cabins (total of 140 beds), 2 troop houses with sleepover style sleeping arrangements and full kitchens, Primitive camping locations, and Pitch tent availability on platforms & surrounding field with bath house and covered pavilion.
