Get ready to get your JIG on! Girl Scouts ages 5-10 are welcome to sign up for this exciting hour-long workshop of Irish dance, Irish music, and fun! The essential Irish dance moves of skips, side steps, and the Irish Reel are taught in a supportive and engaging environment. Our Irish dancing Girl Scouts will also learn a wee bit about Ireland, how to count in Gaelic, and sing a catchy Irish song. The fun ends with a spectacular performance for family and friends! You won't want to miss this workshop!

This program is for Daisy, Brownie, and Junior Girl Scouts (ages 5 to 10). This workshop will be hosted at Atlanta Irish Dance - Burke Connolly (2219 Faulkner Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324). Each Girl Scout must be accompanied by an adult (parent, guardian, or Troop Leader) within typical safety ratios. Brownies will earn their dance badge which will can be purchased at Badge and Sash. Daisies and Juniors can use this experience towards another badge such as Practice with Purpose.

This is NOT a drop-off event. Due to the nature of this program, adults need to purchase a ticket for themselves and any additional adults or siblings that will be in attendance. Girl Scouts should wear athletic gear and tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.
