The 2025 Cookie Season is just around the corner and we want to set you up for success!

Join us at the Council’s annual Cookie Rally, hosted at the Mableton Service Center, where you will have the opportunity to participate at activity stations that will focus on both entrepreneur and financial literacy skills. Each activity is centered around our 5 Cookie Business Skills:

  • Goal Setting: Girl Scouts learn how to set goals and create a plan to reach them!
  • Decision Making: Girl Scouts learn to make decisions on their own and as a team!
  • Money Management: Girl Scouts learn to create a budget and handle money!
  • People Skills: Girl Scouts find their voice and build confidence through customer interactions.
  • Business Ethics: Girl Scouts learn to act ethically, both in business and in life.

The program will also offer a chance to see all the rewards you could earn, taste sample cookies and shop at Badge and Sash!

Will there be sessions for Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts?

We will have programming for Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts on the calendar soon!  Since our older Girl Scouts have a solid Cookie Business Skill foundation, we are organizing some unique opportunities for them to practice their skills.

Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts are still welcome to attend the Cookie Rally as tagalongs with siblings, family, etc but they will not be able to earn badges.  All participants will receive the Cookie Rally patch.

What does the Event Schedule look like?  How long should I plan to be at Cookie Rally?

We have organized time slots for registration to allow for timed entry.  Entry times are as follows:

Saturday: 9:00am, 10:00am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm

Sunday: 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm

For each session, we anticipate a total of 2-3 hours from entry to exit. (Minus any time shopping at the Badge & Sash store!)

How much does Cookie Rally cost?

Our standard costs for 3 hours of curriculum-based programming is $27.00/Girl Scout.  This year, we are excited to announce that we received generous support from FINRA Investor Education Foundation, Little Brownie Bakers LLC, FISERV, and ASFIP to support the costs of the Rally.  Ticket pricing this year is as follows:

·       Girl Scout Ticket: $10.00

·       Tagalong/Sibling Ticket: $10.00

·       Adult Ticket: $5.00

We are also still able to provide a 50% ticket discount during the first week of registration, for Girl Scout tickets only, reducing the cost of the Girl Scout ticket to $5.00 until 10/25/24.

Do adults/siblings need to register?  Why do we need to pay?

This is NOT a drop-off event. Parents, Troop Leaders, and guardians must remain with their Girl Scouts for the duration of the event.

Due to the nature of this program, adults need to purchase a ticket for themselves and any additional adults or siblings that will be in attendance. Adults and siblings will have an opportunity to engage in the program experience alongside their Girl Scouts, helping to reinforce new concepts, learning, exploration, and development.  We encourage you to be ENGAGED, let your GIRL SCOUT take the LEAD, and HAVE FUN!

How can I pay for Cookie Rally?

Each registration for Cookie Rally requires a $5.00 non-refundable deposit.  When you register, please be sure about the number of people attending.

You can pay for Cookie Rally in installments.  After your $5.00 deposit is paid at registration, you can wait to finalize your registration list and pay your final balance, which is due on 12/2/24.  After this date, unpaid registrations will be cancelled.

Cookie Dough can be used to pay for the event.  To use Cookie Dough:

  • Register for the program FIRST to ensure that you save your spot!  Select “Pay by Mail” at checkout to avoid entering payment information.
  • Complete the Cookie Dough form.
  • After completing the form, a member from our team will be in touch to process your remaining balance.
  • ENJOY the PROGRAM!

Scholarship Assistance is not widely available for this program, but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Please email k5girlscouts@gsgatl.org to make a request.

Where will the Cookie Rally be held?

Cookie Rally will be held at our Mableton Service Center!  The building will be unrecognizable as we dress it up for our big event!

General Parking for the event will be located off site, and we’ll provide a shuttle to get you to the event safely.  There will be ADA parking available in the Service Center lot.
