Ready to kick off your exciting Troop Leader journey but don’t know where to start? In this blended learning class, you will learn the Girl Scout fundamentals, troop basics, safety for you & your troop, troop money management, Delivering the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, tips and tools to use in your first year and beyond, and the opportunity to connect with fellow new Girl Scout Troop Leaders! This training will include hands-on learning segments and the opportunity to begin planning out your year with confidence.
Online session: Please allow approximately 4 hours to complete the online work prior to attending the in-person class. Information about this prerequisite will be emailed to registered participants.
What to bring?
- Please bring a device such as a laptop or tablet (if you have one)
- Any snacks/food that you might like to enjoy during the class
- A refillable water bottle
- Your positive Girl Scout Energy

To note: This class is an adult learning opportunity for approved Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Volunteers only. Children should not attend.
