Mableton, GA (October 24, 2025) -- Today, Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta (GSGATL) announced five executive team appointments and 3 new senior leadership roles. Last year, GSGATL led a national search for its new Chief Executive Officer, Jai Ferrell. Closing out her first year in the role, Ferrell has redesigned the organization and made key appointments in the executive leadership team.

The redesigned organizational structure is enterprise-focused and comprises five business divisions each led by a chief officer:

Bryanne Wainford
chief of staff
Responsible for the executive division, overseeing the strategic plan, capital campaign, community engagement, and board relations. Wainford, a strategic non-profit leader for more than 20 years, has managed both public and private organizations dedicated to food insecurity, reproductive justice, and public health. Her recent experience includes roles at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the Worcester County Food Bank, and the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts.
Alantria Dixon
chief revenue officer
Responsible for the revenue portfolio, which includes product program (Girl Scout Cookie and fall product sales), retail, philanthropy, corporate partnerships, and individual gifts. Dixon is a passionate revenue leader with more than 20 years of global experience leading multi-million-dollar marketing and business growth initiatives with Procter & Gamble, UPS, and The Weather Channel.
Jennifer Caraballo
chief people & engagement officer
Responsible for the girl and adult leader experience, human resources, outdoor programs, facilities, and enterprise risk management departments in the people and engagement division. Caraballo has over 27 years of experience in personnel engagement, change management, leadership development, and organizational design with private and public organizations. Before joining GSGATL, Caraballo held leadership roles with Crestline Hotels & Resorts and Remington Hotels.
Christi King Mason
chief marketing officer
Responsible for marketing strategy, brand positioning, digital platforms, creative direction, and public affairs. Mason is a global marketing leader with more than 18 years of experience in consumer products, retail programs, and hospitality industries. She is an award-winning marketer who has managed strategy programs for Krispy Kreme Inc., InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), and The Coca-Cola Company.
Amy Harwood
chief financial officer
Responsible for the finance and membership division, overseeing finance, information technology, cybersecurity, and membership strategy. Harwood is a seasoned business leader with more than 25 years of public and private experience at every level of business, including work at Paradies Lagardére Travel Retail, Legal Aid Foundation of the Tallahassee Bar Association, and the Tallahassee Museum.
