Practice time! In Leadership Institute I, you got to learn the basics of programming. Now, it’s time for some hands-on experience to practice your new skills! During this time, you will practice for leading younger campers by first teaching your fellow leaders. We will learn a feedback model together that we’ll use to provide constructive feedback to fellow leaders on their lessons. Completing this program along with Part I will qualify you to volunteer at camp for 3-Seasons!
