Join your fellow Girl Scout Juniors to earn your Bronze Award! In this one full day in person session, girls will work together to create a project plan, assign roles, and will learn about sustainability. Once the session is over, girls will implement their plans to make a difference in their communities.
Note: This program is for girls who are hoping to get a STRONG foundation for the Silver and Gold Award. We are focusing on rigor and high-quality projects.
At the end of the Girl Scout year (after 9/30/23), girls will come back together to share their Bronze Award success with each other and their families and friends. Girls who successfully complete projects will receive their Bronze Award pin, certificate, and some other celebratory items!
Prerequisites: Girls must have completed a JUNIOR Journey.
The academy will take place on July 8th from 11AM - 4PM at the Mableton Council Office.
Cost of attendance is $25 per girl. Cost includes all materials during program sessions, lunch, AND Bronze Award celebratory package, upon successful completion of the program.
