Mountain and Family Jubilees

Registration for Mountain Jubilee begins Tuesday, July 7!

  • *Family Jubilee*

Spend the weekend at beautiful Camp Misty Mountain in Armuchee, GA. This is our oldest and most well-known tradition at Camp Misty Mountain and you won’t want to miss it!

Girl Scouts and their dads, uncles, grandfathers or special men in their lives will enjoy primitive camping “festival-style” in your own tent or camper, or one of our platform tents. On Family Jubilee you can bring the whole family! If you have a group of 16-28 attending together, you can rent one of our cabin units. For those that need a little extra support we also have bunk-style housing for father daughter pairs. Fire rings, shelters, water spigots, picnic tables, pit latrines, port-a-potties and showers are also available. Bring your own traditional camping equipment (portable grill/smoker, propane stove or use an old fashioned campfire) to make your meals. Wrap things up with an optional Sunday breakfast buffet to reflect on the lasting memories made together.

Activities for the weekend include candle making, screen printing, tie-dye, rock climbing, hiking, fishing, leather making, and canoeing at no additional price. You can also sign up to do a Horseback Riding Arena Lesson or a Pony Ride for an additional cost. You can see those details below.

Family Jubilee is a unique opportunity to get the whole family to experience Camp Misty Mountain! We are excited to offer the same festival style camping event for the whole family. Family Jubilee will accept registrations from men, women, girls, and boys. Of course, you can still attend as a “Dad and Daughter” Duo for this weekend as well.

*Mountain Jubilee weekends are limited to Girl Scouts and the male father figures in their life.*
