Monday is the last day to update eBudde!

Monday, April 5 (11:59 p.m.) is your last day to update eBudde for crediting girls with every box sold and making girl reward selections to submit final quantities for your troop.

If you need assistance with adjusting orders, submitting rewards or transferring cookies, please reach out to your Service Unit Cookie Manager (SUCM) and/or Area Cookie Coordinator (ACC). Your entire cookie support team are all ready and available to assist you in wrapping up your program.

Important Dates:

March 31 – Last day for Digital Cookie sales to count towards girl-rewards
April 5 - Troop eBudde deadline for box allocation and reward selections
April 9 - Final electronic payment withdrawal for remaining balance due GSGATL
April 30 - Digital Cookie Closes for Shipped & Donated Orders. Last day for cookie sales to the public
Week of April 26 – Rewards begin to ship to Service Units

Wrapping up your program is easy!
Just follow these two steps:

1. Give girls credit for EVERY box sold; it’s the only way they earn the rewards they deserve.
How do you know that there are boxes that still need to be allocated to girls? It’s simple – the Difference line on the GIRL ORDERS tab will tell you. Look at this example:

Girl Total = Boxes that have been allocated to girls for reward credit: In this instance girls have credit for a total of 60 boxes

Troop Order = The total boxes the troop received/ordered: In this instance the troop has a total of 130 boxes

Difference = The remaining boxes that have not been allocated to girls for rewards credit: 70 boxes left to distribute

Tip: If you are showing a negative number on the “Difference” line of your GIRL ORDER tab, you have more cookies to distribute to girls. Ideally you want the “difference” line to equal zero; which means that your girls have received credit for every box of cookies picked up and paid for by your troop.

2. Make selections for girl reward items where needed and SUBMIT your troop’s final reward totals.
When girls reach reward levels where there is a choice between items, you will need to make the selection for the item they have chosen. IF no item is selected—no item will be ordered!

Click on the REWARDS tab
Click the Fill Out button on the Final Rewards Order line
A listing of your girls will appear. Girls who need an item selected will be shown as: Size/Catalog Selection Needed
Click on the respective girl names
Select the choice provided to you by the girl and parent for each reward level shown
Submit the girl’s reward order
Her record will now be shown in green as: Size/Catalog Selection Done
Repeat for each girl where necessary and SUBMIT the order for the troop by April 5 at 11:59 p.m.

If your troop has a 225 PGA—don’t forget to submit the t-shirt sizes for the two volunteer shirts earned!

*If your Troop is a Girl Scout Cadette, Senior or Ambassador Troop who is choosing to opt-out of rewards for additional proceeds - don't forget to make this selection on the SETTINGS tab to automate eBudde calculating your additional proceeds and adjusting the amount due council - save your edits. Note: Daisy, Brownie and Junior troops do not qualify to opt out of rewards.

I see that Cookie Booths can be held until April 30th, however the deadline for final payment is April 9 – is this a typo?

No – it’s no typo. Final payments to Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta are scheduled for April 9. The April 30 deadline allows troops who may have had to pay out-of-pocket for some of the additional cookies picked up that have not yet been sold – time to sale their remaining inventory and recoup their funds. After April 30 – the selling phase of the program is over. To maintain the integrity of the program AND the product, we ask that NO GIRLS OR TROOPS host any further Cookie Booths - ALL COOKIE SALES SHOULD CEASE by the April 30 deadline.

What should I do if I am missing registered girls (who sold cookies) from my eBudde roster?

If there are errors with your troop roster (girl not visible or needing to be transferred to your troop), email cookies@gsgatl.org with the subject line: “eBudde Roster Update” with your corrections.

Since Digital Cookie will remain open for shipped and donated orders until April 30 – will girls earn additional rewards for these boxes sold?

No – girl rewards will only be earned for those sales through March 31. Troops will ONLY earn proceeds for their additional sales during the month of April. GSGATL will push these additional funds back to troops during the month of May using the banking information provided on the Electronic Payment Authorization From.
