Marina, is your troop ready for Count N Go? Girl Scout Cookies are almost here and this year, we are taking extra precautions to keep our staff, volunteers, and members safe. Here are a few reminders and tips to help make for a smooth weekend!

Count N Go FAQ

1. What do I need to bring?
   • For a more contactless check-in, this year we ask that you help us identify your troop by displaying the troop number and the number of cars in your caravan on your vehicle. This can be as simple as a hand-written sign on the window or as elaborate as a fully decorated car.
   • Wear a mask or face shield and bring your own pen. Having these two things will help provide an added layer of safety that protects you and those working on site. Masks and/or face shields will be required for service.
   • Only bring those necessary with you to pick up your order. IF you need to bring children, they MUST remain in the vehicle and wear a mask/face shield while the vehicle is being loaded.
   • Patience. This one-weekend event, where Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta distributes millions of boxes of cookies requires all of us to be considerate, kind and patient, embarking on our founding principles of being a sister to every Girl Scout.
2. Do I need the eBudde app to verify my order?
   • You do not need the eBudde app to pick up your order at Count N Go. Simply verify your location and time in eBudde prior to your departure from home, clicking on the View Confirmation button located on the DELIVERY tab. Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta has each troop’s confirmed order and will have a pre-printed pickup ticket waiting for you at check-in!
3. When should I arrive?
   • Please arrive at the site on time for your scheduled time slot with ALL vehicles needed to receive your troop’s complete order. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot.
4. What should I expect when I arrive?
   • Have your entire caravan pull in line together, with the lead car in front.
   • Receive your pick-up ticket at check-in. The carbon copy provided to you MUST be signed and dropped off at check-out before leaving the site. The copy placed on the outside of your windshield will be used by the loaders.
   • Pull forward and step out of the car (wearing your mask and/or face shield) to count the cases being loaded into your vehicle(s) – you won’t have to lift a thing! Tip: You can ask the loaders to slow down if they are moving too fast while you count!
   • If you are unsure of what you received, use the recount area near check-out to confirm your order before signing your pick-up ticket. NO adjustments for shortages will be made once you leave the Count N Go location.
   • Sign your pick-up ticket using the pen you brought, keeping the top copy for yourself and dropping off the additional copies at the check-out station.
   • Pull forward to receive any Initial Order girl rewards.
   • Hooray! You’ve “counted” and you can “go”!

Count N Go Tips

Have Enough Vehicle Space
Be sure you have enough space in your vehicle(s). Unsure of how many cars you need in your caravan? Your eBudde confirmation screen provides recommendations for the size and number of vehicles need to pick-up your entire cookie order.

Prepare for Rain
Count N Go will take place rain or shine. If rain is in the forecast, your troop will be responsible for keeping cookies dry once distributed, so bring tarps and straps if using truck beds or trailers. All sites will experience delays if it rains, so please be patient.

Multiple Cars Arrive Together & Sort Offsite
Remember - If your troop requires more than one vehicle to pick up the complete order, ALL vehicles must be present and in line at the same time to continue to the pick-up area. Partial pick-ups will not be allowed. Sorting of your troop’s order by girl should not take place on the property. All girl/parent distribution should take place at another location other than your Count N Go pick-up site.

Re-Count Before Leaving
If needed, use the re-count area before leaving and signing the pick-up ticket. NO ADJUSTMENTS will be made after signing for your order and leaving the site. Signing the pickup ticket confirms the troop will be financially responsible for what was denoted as received.

This year, we ask that you practice patience and grace as we complete your order, especially in the case of rain. The safety of our staff and members is a top priority, and staff will be working in the most efficient way possible to ensure everyone’s health and safety while completing your order.
