Girl Scout Cookies Make Life Sweeter

Get ready, Marina. Girl Scout cookies are almost here! Are you excited to WOW the world and host a cookie booth with your troop?

Starting Monday, February 10 your troop will be able to sell directly to the public through cookie booths. It’s a great way to reach troop goals and learn a lifetime of skills.

How to Prepare for Cookie Booths

Here are a few things to help you prepare for a wow-worthy cookie booth!

Get Your Uniform Ready

When you wear your Girl Scout uniform, you let the world know you’re a real-life Cookie Boss! Dress like a Cookie CEO with a My Girl Scout Kit available at Badge & Sash. Cookie customers look for the blue, brown, green or tan vests and sashes to purchase cookies each year.

Practice your Cookie Pitch!

How are you going to approach potential customers that are quickly walking past your booth? Think about ways to get their attention and encourage them to support your girl-led business. You could mention:

  • What your troop wants to do with money you earn
  • "Try our brand-new cookie, Lemon-Ups"
  • Support two causes at once with Smiles4Military. Use the Smiles4Military Box Wrapper
  • "There’s a gluten free option, try Toffee-tastic"
  • "There’s also a vegan option, try Thin Mints"

Create & Display a Goal Poster

Share your troop goals with customers at cookie booths so they can discover there is more to cookies that what’s in the box.

Daisies Can Cookie Booth

Daisies have lots of fun setting up their cookie booth and talking to customers. A cookie booth doesn’t have to be in front of a mall or grocery store. Daisies can sell directly to customers by pulling wagons through their neighborhood or opening a “bakery shop/lemonade stand” in their front yard. The possibilities are endless!
