Step 3: Invite friends and family
Prepare to mention your goals, what your troop is going to do with their funds and how you are helping your community. Make sure your friends and family know exactly where and when to log on to your virtual grand opening, and most importantly if they are unable to join, how they can reach out to you with their order.
Step 4: Promote on social media
Using Girl Scouts’ online safety guidelines, go big with social sharing to drive family and friends near and far to your virtual grand opening and your individual Digital Cookie site. Make your virtual pitch and/or create videos to direct them to their site.
Step 5: Follow up with customers
Follow up with customers who made a purchase with a pesrzonlized thank you email! If you had attendees at your grand opening who did not make a purchase, thank them anyway and make sure they know the last day to order from you incase they change their mind.
