Troops may collect dues from troop members. Membership will not be
denied based on an inability to pay troop or group dues.
Girl Scout groups are funded by a share of money earned through
council-sponsored product program activities (such as Girl Scout
cookie activities), group money-earning activities (council-approved,
of course), and any dues your group may charge.
Dues typically range from $.50 to $2 per meeting.
Troop business may include taking attendance, collecting dues,
making announcements, and planning an upcoming event or trip.
